The factors that may affect the analysis accuracy of rare earth samples (Y203,CeO3,La03) were analyzed experimentally, such as powder particle size, sample preparation pressure, dilution ratio and mixed sample amount, and the corresponding curves were drawn. Finally, through the comparative analysis of 10 groups of synthetic ternary mixed samples, the ideal sample preparation conditions are given.
