It is based on GB/T3810.7-2006, ISO 10545-7 to determine resistance to deep abrasion for unglazed tiles. и IN 14157-2004, GB/T12988-2009 “Test Method for Wear Resistance of Inorganic Ground Materials” и GB T 9966.4-2020 “Test Method for Wear Resistance of Natural Stone Part 4” requirements for test instruments. It is suitable for wear-resisting test of all brittle materials such as unglazed brick, Mosaic, cement brick, natural stone, marble slab, composite board and so on. It is one of the necessary inspection instruments and equipment for improving the inspection conditions of building materials and accessories production enterprises, improving the detection level and ensuring the quality of products.

1. Friction wheel speed: 75 ±4 R/min;

First grinding diameter: 200 ±0.2 mm; thickness: 10 ±0.1 mm, hardness: above HB500 (suitable for GB/T3810.7-2006),

Second grinding diameter: 200 ±0.2 mm; thickness: 70 ±0.1 mm, hardness: above HB500 (suitable for IN 14157-2004,GB/T12988-91);

2. Materials entry speed: 100 ±10 (g/100r);
