SCL-200 elongation measuring instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the British standard BS EN 193:2008 “Adhesives – Test methods: Determination of dimensional change after accelerated aging for plastic or rubber floor coverings and wall coatings”. The method is to fix the measuring pin on the test template with an adhesive at a certain distance, measure the size change of the pin before and after the blast heating, and obtain the percentage change of the size (elongation) by simple calculation. The instrument is portable, easy to operate and easy to read.

Operation summary:
1. Make test samples according to the relevant technical regulations of the products to be tested by the user, and the size of the test samples is recommended to be 250×250mm.
2. Fix the pin attachment to the four corners of the test template with adhesive, and the pin distance from the edge of the test plate is about 25mm. Use the pin positioning rod to determine the pin distance is about 200mm.
3, use the zero calibration rod to zero the dial of the elongation measuring instrument (note: check the zero situation before each measurement). The minimum scale of the large dial is 0.01mm, the value of the dial increases as the length decreases, and the value of the dial decreases as the length increases.
4, with the zero elongation measuring instrument to measure the initial spacing of the four pins, and make a record.
5, according to the user to test the product related technical provisions of the blast heating test template to the specified temperature.
6. Measure the distance between the four pins after heating with the zero elongation measuring instrument, and make a record.
