مقدمة
It is based on GB/T3810.7-2006, ايزو 10545-7 to determine resistance to deep abrasion for unglazed tiles. و في 14157-2004, GB/T12988-2009 “Test Method for Wear Resistance of Inorganic Ground Materials” و GB T 9966.4-2020 “Test Method for Wear Resistance of Natural Stone Part 4” requirements for test instruments. It is suitable for wear-resisting test of all brittle materials such as unglazed brick, Mosaic, cement brick, natural stone, marble slab, composite board and so on. It is one of the necessary inspection instruments and equipment for improving the inspection conditions of building materials and accessories production enterprises, improving the detection level and ensuring the quality of products.

1. Friction wheel speed: 75 ±4 R/min;
First grinding diameter: 200 ±0.2 mm; thickness: 10 ±0.1 mm, صلابة: above HB500 (suitable for GB/T3810.7-2006),
Second grinding diameter: 200 ±0.2 mm; thickness: 70 ±0.1 mm, صلابة: above HB500 (suitable for في 14157-2004,GB/T12988-91);
2. Materials entry speed: 100 ±10 (g/100r);

4. Abrasive particle size is white F80 alumina melt which is set in ايزو 8486-1986;

6. Friction has functions of computation and preset, which can set time to auto-complete the experiment.
