مقدمة

Dielectric loss and dielectric constant are important physical properties of various ceramic such as electro ceramics,ceramic for mounting purposes,capacitor etc. The instrument is used in determining dielectric loss angle tangent tan δ and dielectric constant (ε) to know more about various factors that effect the dielectric loss and dielectric constant, and to provide basis for improving the properties of materials. It is widely used in application study of properties of inorganic nonmetal new materials of institutions of higher education and research institutions. The instrument is in line with the standard of GB/T5594.4-1985.

1. The Q value measurement

أ. Q value measuring range: 5 ~ 999.

ب. Q value range step: 30, 100, 300, 999, automatic shift.

ج. the nominal error

Frequency range: 25 kHz ~ 10 ميغاهيرتز;

Inherent error: ≤5%±the full value of 2%;Work of error: ≤7%±the full value of 2%;

Frequency range: 10 MHz ~ 50 ميغاهيرتز;

2. The inductance measurement

0.1 ~ 1 u H, 1 ~ 10 u H, 10 ~ 100 u H,

0.1 ~ 1mH, 1 ~ 10 mH, 10 ~ 100 mH, 100mH ~ 1 ح.

3. The capacitance measurement

أ. نطاق القياس: 1 ~ 460 pF (above 460 pF capacitance measurement see using rules);

ب. the adjusting range capacitance

Main tuning capacitor: 40 ~ 500 pF;

دقة: below 150 pF ±1.5pF; above 150 pF ±1%;

Fine-tuning capacitance: – 3 pF~ 0 ~ + 3 pF;

دقة: ± 0.2 pF.

4. The oscillation frequency
