مبدأ العمل

Computer controlled data acquisition control card output frequency from small to large sine wave signal to the transmitting probe, transmitting the oscillation of the transmitting probe to the specimen, forcing the specimen to carry out mechanical vibration, when the transmitting frequency is the same as the natural frequency of the specimen, resonance will occur, at this time, the vibration amplitude of the specimen will produce an extreme value. Through the receiving sensor probe is transferred to the data acquisition control card and then back to the computer, the computer scans according to the frequency, finds the resonance frequency, and then calculates the elastic modulus according to the weight and outline size of the sample input to the computer.

Instrument configuration: including one DTM-II test host (including imported data acquisition card), one set of exciter and receiver, one set of test rack and connection line, one set of software, one desktop computer.
