DRC-II Glass Heat Transfer Tester
ملخص:
The instrument is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 10295-2008 (Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related properties of thermal insulation materials – heat flux meter method) معيار. The measurement and control are controlled by computer to realize the automatic measurement of the instrument.
The instrument is mainly used to test the heat transfer coefficient U (ك) value of insulating glass, and can also be used to test the thermal conductivity of other thermal insulation materials.
Main technical indicators:
1, heat transfer coefficient U (ك) value range: 0.5-20W/m2K, test accuracy: < 5%.
2, thermal conductivity range: 0.005-0.2W/mk, test accuracy: < 5%.
3, حجم العينة: greater than or equal to 600mm×600mm× (5-50) مم.
4, hot surface temperature range: room temperature +10℃ – 90درجه مئوية.
5, cold surface temperature range: 5درجه مئوية – 60درجه مئوية.
6, pressure control: 0-1000 (ن).
7, computer automatic test control.
8, instrument power supply: 220فولت/50 هرتز, power consumption is less than 2KW.
مبدأ العمل:
Under steady state conditions, in a uniform specimen with parallel surfaces, a one-dimensional uniform heat flux similar to that existing in an infinite plate bounded by two parallel planes with uniform temperature is established. The heat transfer coefficient and thermal conductivity of the sample can be calculated by measuring the temperature and heat flux of the hot and cold surface.
The equipment is composed of cold plate assembly, electric pressure device, hot plate assembly (including calorimetric heat, inner protection heat, outer protection heat part), data acquisition control system and computer measurement and control system. The sample is placed between the hot and cold plates, the sample is pressed by an electric pressurizing device, the cold plate constant temperature system and the hot plate temperature control system provide a stable temperature difference between the two sides of the sample, the heat flux meter on the calorimeter measures the heat flux density through the sample, and then calculates the heat transfer coefficient and thermal conductivity of the sample.
